In the early 1990s, SPF expanded to incorporate lead technology, capacity knowledge, and logistics to participate in the plastic requirements of an expanding customer base, tuned to their needs.

In 2001, exploring wider range of business opportunities in the unlimited pool of manufacturing. SPF geared its market expansion to manufacture crates, thin wall containers for dairy industries, paint pails, PET containers and many more diversity of products.

Expansion of the IML system technology in number and in operational sophistication was absolutely ensure the growing needs and demands of our customer.
Incorporation of automation and robotic systems to the production lines to reduce possible contamination due to human involvement, and ensure supply of pathogen free hygienic-food-containers to our reputed customers was successfully materialized.
Updating the ISO-9001 quality management system in place, to the latest version; getting ISO 14001 EMS and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System accreditation and implementing them in SPF are manifestations of our determination to supply quality service and products to our customers.
State of the art equipped quality lab which is expanding its scope of test on raw material samples, in process control and end product applications checking; to ensure supply of defect less products to our customers.
SPF is equipped with in-house tool-room facility for maintenance, modification and improvement of molds when required.
Our R&D department is well abreast segment of the factory, with latest trends and approaches. It uses reputed CAD software for product design based on innovative ideas and is pleased to offer assistances to our potential prospects for their product development.
Nearly 70 molds of different applications are fabricated yearly under our intuition.
